Personal training sessions are tailored specifically for your individual requirements and ability level and have a number of different advantages. 1-2-1’s can help keep you accountable, push you to your limits, or focus on specific goals – no matter what your goal you will definitely see an improvement on your performance in class.

We have a number of coaches who offer personal training session, each with their own specialities in different aspects of fitness.

Sessions can be booked as one-offs, or in packs.
